GI Pipe Fittings (imported) available at best prices
Galvanized Iron (GI) pipes are corrosion resistant which makes them ideal for the transmission of raw water, oil, gases, and other fluids. These fitting are manufactured from high grade steel and ultra-modern technology. Highly admired for high durability, rigid construction, corrosion resistant finish etc., such fittings and flange are widely demanded in the industry. These fittings provide flexibility to change the pipe direction. These fittings include Elbow, Tee, Reducer, and Sockets. Elbow is installed between the pipe to change the direction of the pipe. They are available in two standard types 90° and 45°.
Features:
- Temperature resistant.
- Easy to fit.
- Strongly built.
Pipe Elbow
Elbow is used to change the direction of the pipe, they are available in two standards 90o and 45o, however according to the requirements, it can be cut to any angle.
Return Elbows are used to make a 180o change in direction. Returns are used in the heating coil, heat exchanger. Available in sizes from ½” to 6”.
Long Radius Elbow: The centerline radius is 1.5 times the nominal size of the pipe or 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe. In Long radius elbows, pressure loss is less as compared to short radius elbow.
Short Radius Elbow: The centerline radius is the same as the nominal size of the pipe. It has a high-pressure drop due to a sudden change in the direction of flow. Short radius elbows are used under limited space applications.
Pipe Tee
A pipe tee is used for distributing the fluid from the main supply line. It is a short piece of pipe with a 90-degree branch at the center. There are two types of Tee used in piping, Straight Tee, Reducing Tee and Wye Tee. Available in sizes from ½” to 6”.
Straight Tee: The diameter of the branch is the same as the diameter of the main (Header) Pipe.
Reducing Tee: The diameter of the branch size is smaller than the diameter of the main (Header) Pipe.
Wye Tee: It has the branch at a 45° angle, or an angle other than 90°. Wye tee allows one pipe to be joined to another at a 45° angle which reduces friction and turbulence that could hamper the flow.
Pipe Reducers
A pipe reducer changes the size of the pipe. There are two types of the reducer used in piping Concentric & Eccentric. Available in sizes from ½” to 6”.
Concentric Pipe Reducer: The center of both the ends is on the same axis. It maintains the centerline elevation of the pipeline. When the center lines of the larger pipe and smaller pipe are to be maintained the same, then concentric reducers are used.
Eccentric Reducer: The center of both ends is on different axis as shown in the image. It maintains bottom of pipe elevation of the pipeline.
Material testing certificates MTC are available for all pipes and fittings.
